China Revised the Category of Imported Forging & Metal Forming Equipment without Tax-free
Ministry of Finance People''s Republic of China issued Category of Imported Merchandise without Tax-free of Domestic Investment Projects (Revised in 2006) in which the imported forging and metalforming equipment without tax-free have been listed with the range of parameters. The Category is valid from March 1st. There are six small categories such as non-CNC machine-tools, CNC machine-tools, Metal forming machinery, wood machinery, foundry machinery, measuring apparatus in the Category. According to the Category, all kinds of non-CNC machine-tools can not be imported with tax-free. As for CNC machine-tools, there are many merchandise about 23 kinds can not be imported with tax-free such as CNC Laser processing machine, CNC cutting machine etc.
